i own multiple personal and investment properties and Jovanny is the best agent I have ever worked with. I began working with four agents in four different areas of Texas, but Jovanny immediately out-shined the others so I decided to just work with her. She was always easy to communicate with even though I was overseas for much of the process. She took the time up front to understand my specific needs, counsel me on the difficulties for buyers in this market, and was open to houses that I found on my own.

I have worked with well over 30 real estate agents and none came close to the service that Jovanny provided. She was much more professional and communicative than other agents. She would take the time to investigate the properties I wanted to see, and prepare a spreadsheet that we could both comment on in order to rank them before we even went out to see them. She got me from the airport on a few trips out and helped with other logistics. My first time out, the flight was delayed and she rolled with it like a champion. Always a positive and insightful, Jovanny is not afraid to give her honest opinion and share her wealth of contacts to get estimates on repairs etc.

Jovanny always cleared time to show me houses when I flew into town, and arranged inspections etc when I was away. She negotiated the sale price down by 20k in a market when houses were going for 100k over asking! I cant recommend her enough. Jovanny is an amazing agent who was a complete pleasure to work with!

Jovanny García really helped me a lot when I first contacted her by text message asking her if she could help me find a home, after 5 mins passed by and she called me asking me what I was looking for and and around what areas I was looking in to so I explained it to her and she told me that she would start looking right away and sure enough she did. She started sending me different listings of properties then I saw o e that really caught my attention and I asked her if we could go see it she then contacted the listing agent of the home and she set up an appointment and we went to see the house and I told her this is it this is the one.. she is there for her customers for anything they need I really loved working with her I honestly can't thank her enough..
